This autoproduction workshop will allow you to have accesto the incredible world of fermented food. I will space from theory to practise acquiring the basic knowledg in order to start sperimenting at home.

On 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 we will organize at the smaak park an afternoon where you can experience, learn and talk to/with fellow fermentors and we will close the day with a grand fermentation dinner. We have two types of tickets for the lectures in limited numbers. The lectures are in English and fermented snacks and drinks are served between the presentations.
We want to reconnect people with nature, the rübenkraut festival is the best chance to meet the entire LaFuGa community while reconnecting with ancestral fermentation methods, drinking natural wine and listening to house music.
